ANITA POUPLARD

Anita Pouplard has worked as a senior recruitment consultant in the IT sector for more than ten years. Having been continually involved with some of the most innovative challenges and most ambitious clients, Anita Pouplard has gained in-depth experience of recruiting high-level executives for major international groups, fast growing companies and venture capital companies.  Anita Pouplard has been working as a partner at Exec Avenue since its inception in October 2006. Prior to setting up her own executive search company, ESMA Partners, in 2004, Anita Pouplard worked for the INS Group, a British recruitment consultancy, as an Associate Director for seven years. She was in charge of recruitment in Southern Europe. Before that, Anita Pouplard worked as a Pan-European Strategic Accounts Manager at Softbank from 1992 to 1995. She began her career in 1989 as a business engineer at Systems Integrators, Inc. In this role, she sold editing and publishing systems to the high-circulation newspapers. Education: Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing (Newcastle-Upon-Tyne Polytechnic, UK)
