Eva-Maria Roth

Eva-Maria Roth is an Executive Search Consultant in the Global Technology Market based in Frankfurt.
With a career in international executive search since early 1990, Ms. Roth has worked across all IT business sectors and functions and has been focusing on (international) Senior Management positions across industries and borders.
Prior to setting up her own business  she worked 12 years with Heidrick & Struggles, two years with Whitehead Mann and 2,5 years with Korn/Ferry focusing from the very beginning exclusively on Information Technology assignments.
Her more than 18 years of executive search experience cover the full spectrum of information technology firms ranging from hard- and software suppliers, systems integrators through to professional services and telecommunication firms.
In addition, she has been specializing for many years on  functional roles on the user side with focus on CIO and CFO roles. Here her expertise includes all market segments, e.g. (discrete) manufacturing, financial institutions, retail, pharma, media, and others on local, European and global assignments both for German-, European- and US-based clients.
Prior to that Ms. Roth spent 4,5 years in the training and education  sector working as a High School Professor and  in Sales & Marketing for an international training & travel organization.
Ms. Roth graduated with a Master of Arts from the University of Freiburg, passed a post-graduate exam and holds a degree in business administration with focus on finance.
